Kailee & Andelyn

One of my girlfriends Jenn has a cute daughter Andelyn who is the same age as Kailee! They played together for the first time and had a blast! Kailee got a little upset because Andelyn kept leaving her. Andelyn crawls all over the place and Kailee said "Mom, it's just not fair." You can imagine the heartache I felt when the words came out of her mouth, lol.

Andelyn is very flexible just like her Mommy. She is almost doing the splits in this picture. She also does kartwheels when no one is looking!

This picture is just hilarious to me because Kailee has a habit of taking her blanket and bringing it up to her face, sometimes covering her face; which is why I often go in to check on her when she's napping. Here the blanket is practically wrapped around her head, so I had to take a pic. Her legs are also in butterfly position; you should try sleeping like that, lol.

Rollerblading and Hiking Babies!

Julie, Janine, & I went rollerblading with our babies along the Provo River trails towards Utah Lake. It was soooo fun! My back was so sore the next day! We plan to make it a weekly endeavor! Not only am I exercising, but I'm hanging out with friends and seeing beautiful nature! It's like a triple whammy!

I went with like my bestest friends "hiking" today! We went along the provo river trails to Bridal Veil Falls. It was such a gorgeous hike. And I'm not just talking about my totally cute friends! We call it a hike because though it's not that steep, it's quite a workout carrying our babies! Though I must admit, I brought the stroller because Kailee weighs like twice as much as my friend's younger babies. Plus we were gone for 2 hours; there was absolutely no way I could have survived without my stroller. On the way back Kailee was getting fussy (nap time) and she said "Mommy, I've tried and tried, but I just can't fall asleep in my stroller. I promise to be good if you hold me. Please??" Here we are at a pretty campground we found along the way! I wish I had sat differently; I kindof look like a frog, lol.

This is the famous Kate Ballard with her little girl Hadlie! She is such a doll. Hadlie didn't even whine once; she's pretty much amazing. Don't worry, I still think Kailee is the #1 most amazing baby ever!! Kate's friend Jessica who came with us had this sling thing that practically saved my life because Kailee really needed me to hold her. And with the aches and pains from rollerblading the day before, it was a must have. Here we are beside the beautiful, flowing river where we have almost reached Bridal Veil Falls; Yeah! Oh, and I must add that on the way back as I was holding Kailee, Kate was nice enough to push my stroller for me, while holding her baby in the snuggli. She's one of the nicest people I know, not to mention super cool!

So this is Julie Beck, Kate, and I and our babies. Julie's baby girl's name is Reagan and she is a little doll. She slept almost the whole hike. While Kate and I were really struggling to keep going being that this was the hardest hike anyone has ever done, Julie managed to always keep a smile on her face... though it must have been because her baby weighed the least, lol. She also had to stop everyone that passed us and ask where they were from and chit chat with them for a few minutes; it was so funny! I just knew at any moment she was going to invite someone over for dinner, ask to take someone's picture, or ask someone for their e-mail, lol. She trips me out! Another girl, Jessica, is not in this pic. (we should have got one of all 4 of us) but we like to call the 4 of us the Four Mommateers!! We're inspirational to all those who meet us! lol I mean come on, we went hiking with our babies (and Jessica brought 2 kids).

Last Homecoming Picture

Dallas and Jared... I've never seen 2 cooler guys! They're lookin pretty snazzy in their tuxes!

Homecoming 2007...Go Cougars!

Yes, we went to the homecoming dance!! It wasn't the hip-hop, move & groove kind of dance we're used to though. We didn't get to use hardly any of our super hot moves, unfortunately. It had like a 16 piece orchestra and was at the Provo library. It would have been perfect if we knew how to ballroom dance! I tried to remember some of the ballroom dances I learned, but wasn't successful in teaching Jared! We still had a blast though embarassing each other as we made up our own versions of the waltz!

Here is the stud muffin himself, Mr. Jared Critchfield! Check out his new haircut! In portuguese, he is "muito bonito & seshy!"

Here I am posing in front of a statue in front of the Provo library! The statue is actually a statue of me, but I'm humble enough about my popularity to cut it from your view! It's bad enough that you already see me on TV shows and every other commercial!

Some of our coolest friends and neighbors, Annie and Dallas happened to go to the same homecoming dance as we did, so we got to embrace the orchestrated music together! Jared played a few hip-hop ring tones on his cell phone so that we could bust out a couple of our moves together. We both love to dance!

Who's cuter? Jared or Kailee? Tough One!

Enjoy the looks of Jared's luscious curls in this picture
because as of yesterday, they are gone. He made
me cut them all off-- I cried the entire haircut, lol.
He says he's accepting his old age, but doesn't want
his "balding spot" in the back to be as noticeable. If
ya ask me, he can't escape it... he's hot no matter how
his hair looks!

"Playing with da da is soooo fun!"

"Mom, that was the BEST stroller ride EVER!
Let's go again!"

Kailee knows she's lookin pretty cool in these sunglasses,
but she's playin it chill and just playing with the keys
like her coolness doesn't even phase her!

"Hey mom! What are you doing way up there?"

Am I Cute or What?

Nowadays, Kailee likes to show off her one-handed bottle hold.
Sometimes she just uses 2 fingers, but I haven't gotten that on camera yet!

"What's that thing flashing Mommy?"
"Oh, silly Mommy... are you taking pictures of me again?"
This is her new fall outfit Nana got her! Isn't it adorable?
Here Kailee just finished eating and is very content with life!

Daddy time

Kailee loves to play with Daddy! Even when she's eating!
What a great pic! They're both just so darn cute!

Cuteness

So, I bought the cutest flowers and used velcro to stick them on a headband. I thought this flower was a perfect choice for the day because it matched her outfit. The flower was definitely too big for her head! We thought it looked so funny, we made her wear it anyways. When we put Kailee in the car, she started to cry and Jared said "it's okay Kailee, I'd be crying too if I had that flower on my head." lol So, she wore the flower to Jared's family's house and as we expected, we got a few laughs!

Kailee has been a little sick lately with a sinus infection, so to help her drain better at night, we made her sleep on her back, slightly tilted. She normally sleeps on her tummy! She did great! She is a sleeping beauty if you ask me!

Kailee doesn't know how to crawl yet, but she looks like she does, huh! In this position, she rocks back and forth and then kindof collapses and rolls over, lol.

Breaking boys hearts already

It's Kailee and Leighton's 2nd chaperoned date! How fun! They're pretty cute together! Leighton asked Kailee if he could kiss her, but being the good girl she is, Kailee said NO and pushed Leighton's face away! That a girl!

2 NEW MILESTONES

You're not going to believe it, but Kailee hit 2 milestones in 1 day! She's just amazing! Sunday morning she was doing the motor mouth thing just a little bit, which was of course so cute. I'm sure it won't be long before she does it so much that spit is flying everywhere, lol. Also, as I was getting her ready for church, she was lying down and kept saying "ba ba ba ba ba...ba ba ba... ba ba ba." I yelled "Jared, come here, Kailee's saying "ma ma" lol. Jared's like "yeah, right" Then I told him the truth and he got to hear her say "ba ba ba" too!

Saturday night, we took Kailee to her first real concert. We went with Jared's cousin Renee and her husband Scott to Sundance to see Peter Breinholt live! He's great. I don't know how Kailee knew all the words to like every song, but she was just singing away, bouncing her little legs up and down, smiling, and giggling. During intermission she started singing "mother, I love you, mother, I do" lol. She just loves her Mommy! We were way up high in the upper grass seats, so you can imagine the long journey down to the stage... well... during one of the fast songs, Kailee didn't even tell me where she was going... she just jumped off my lap and sprinted all the way down (taking 2 stairs at a time) and jumped on stage with Peter and started dancing. Peter Breinholt picked her up and let her talk in the microphone. She said "I just want to give a shout out to my Mommy and Daddy up at the top and thank them for bringing me to the best concert of my life!!" By then I had ran all the way down too and I jumped on stage, grabbed her, danced a little with her and then we went back up to our seats. You should have heard the crowd. We must have been good dancers! Also, I think they were impressed with Kailee's running, jumping, dancing, and talking abilities! She's just an amazing baby!

Cutie Patootie

Kailee in her new pink bow!! Here she is reaching for me saying "Mommy, will you please pick me up?" What a doll!
Kailee had just took a bathy and was in a giggly mood! I would hold her and very quickly drop down as if we were almost falling down and she loved it! So, I took her to Daddy so he could enjoy her giggles too! She loves her Daddy!

Loves to Jump

This is a jumper I borrowed from my friend Kate. Her daughter is 3 months, so we get to
use it for 3 months!! Kailee loves it. She goes crazy!

This is Kailee's new bow!! So cute!!
She's now in 6-9 month clothing too!!

Kailee's first chaperoned date

Kailee's sucking on her finger because she
thinks it's a good way to attract the boys, lol.
I babysat my friend Holly's baby Leighton!
They had lots of fun together!

Leighton was chewing on Kailee's foot, but right

when I took the picture he let go! Bummer!

What great smilers they are!

Kailee enjoys rolling all over the place, especially on her new boyrfriend!
