Julie, Janine, & I went rollerblading with our babies along the Provo River trails towards Utah Lake. It was soooo fun! My back was so sore the next day! We plan to make it a weekly endeavor! Not only am I exercising, but I'm hanging out with friends and seeing beautiful nature! It's like a triple whammy!
I went with like my bestest friends "hiking" today! We went along the provo river trails to Bridal Veil Falls. It was such a gorgeous hike. And I'm not just talking about my totally cute friends! We call it a hike because though it's not that steep, it's quite a workout carrying our babies! Though I must admit, I brought the stroller because Kailee weighs like twice as much as my friend's younger babies. Plus we were gone for 2 hours; there was absolutely no way I could have survived without my stroller. On the way back Kailee was getting fussy (nap time) and she said "Mommy, I've tried and tried, but I just can't fall asleep in my stroller. I promise to be good if you hold me. Please??" Here we are at a pretty campground we found along the way! I wish I had sat differently; I kindof look like a frog, lol.

This is the famous Kate Ballard with her little girl Hadlie! She is such a doll. Hadlie didn't even whine once; she's pretty much amazing. Don't worry, I still think Kailee is the #1 most amazing baby ever!! Kate's friend Jessica who came with us had this sling thing that practically saved my life because Kailee really needed me to hold her. And with the aches and pains from rollerblading the day before, it was a must have. Here we are beside the beautiful, flowing river where we have almost reached Bridal Veil Falls; Yeah! Oh, and I must add that on the way back as I was holding Kailee, Kate was nice enough to push my stroller for me, while holding her baby in the snuggli. She's one of the nicest people I know, not to mention super cool!

So this is Julie Beck, Kate, and I and our babies. Julie's baby girl's name is Reagan and she is a little doll. She slept almost the whole hike. While Kate and I were really struggling to keep going being that this was the hardest hike anyone has ever done, Julie managed to always keep a smile on her face... though it must have been because her baby weighed the least, lol. She also had to stop everyone that passed us and ask where they were from and chit chat with them for a few minutes; it was so funny! I just knew at any moment she was going to invite someone over for dinner, ask to take someone's picture, or ask someone for their e-mail, lol. She trips me out! Another girl, Jessica, is not in this pic. (we should have got one of all 4 of us) but we like to call the 4 of us the Four Mommateers!! We're inspirational to all those who meet us! lol I mean come on, we went hiking with our babies (and Jessica brought 2 kids).

Our "hike" was very, very fun! We are either inspirational or entertaining. I saw the look on everyone's face as they passed the stroller patrol by! How about we are both inspirational and entertaining??? Next time watch out for the old lady on the bike Shannon! That was a close call!
You're so funny, but my momma always told me, "don't let anyone make fun of your kindness!" just joking!
I love your blog and your comments, they make me laugh so hard.
