In January we found a foreclosed home that we loved and decided to make kindof a crazy offer on it, figuring that they would probably counter-offer more than we wanted to pay, but they only counter-offered a little more than what we offered, so we took it. The house had been trying to sell for 3 years, so we feel fortunate that we stumbled across this great deal! It's about 4 miles from Jared's work too. The only thing wrong with it is that the hot water doesn't work in our garden tub and the backyard is very slopey :(. We'll get that fixed soon hopefully! We love our neighborhood and our neighbors all have young kids and are really nice. We love our new ward at church too! Kailee loves having more space to run around.

It was time I cut Kailee's hair a little shorter since it is so thin. I wasn't quite ready for the change, but it was time. I knew Jared's Mom would probably do a better job cutting her hair than I would, so I let her have the honor of doing it! Kailee did an awesome job sitting still for Granny! She was visiting from Utah with Grammy (Jared's Grandma). Jamie and her girls from Austin came to visit us too! We had a great few days with them here!

Wow, the house looks so nice. I can't even imagine having a house any time soon. I know it will be a while. That is so lucky that you got such a good deal on it. Your girls are so cute. Hannah was born on August 13th. So I guess about 3 weeks apart. That is cool. I make all of the bows for Hannah. I find flowers at Michaels or Roberts and the bows I make with ribbon I have on hand or buy to match. The headbands I have been lucky enough to find stretch lace in random stores different places.
okay so this is my second comment, and totally makes me out to look like a blog stalker, but...I want the details about the house! I love house and right now all I know about your beautiful new house is that it's brick, has a two car garage, a yard, and a bathtub :). Right now I'm not even sure it have the other bathroom fixtures :). So how many bedroom? Bathrooms? Hows the kitchen? Square footage?(so we can all compare it to wymount space)family rooms-one or two? and any other details...congrats again!
